The Local Healthcare Authority of Venice has chosen WIRE Consulting as advisor for the international promotion of its prestigious properties.
In particular, WIRE is now working for the international diffusion of the call for bids for the sale of Palazzetto Stern. The property, owned by the Health Authority since 2002, is now a 4-star hotel with 24 rooms facing the Grand Canal. The starting price is € 12,680,000.00 and it will be possible to submit bids by December 6, 2016.
The sales procedures are governed by art. 50 and following of L.R. March 20, 1980 n.18 and subsequent amendments, by R.D. 23/05/1924 n. 827, and 339 of DGRV of March 14, 2016.
